New offering from summer 2021: The name derives from the upper floor, dating back to 1688 and renovated in 2013, and the explicitly modern lower floor. These two distinct areas are further emphasized in the interior. The unusual architecture was featured in a four-page article in a trade journal in 2014, which can be sent upon request. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for four people. Up to six people are possible with extra mattresses. The upper floor features a large living area of 37 square meters, with ceilings up to 3.20 meters high and large panoramic windows facing southwest. See floor plans and photos. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
