General

The holiday home for 16 persons has six bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna, a balcony, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Well-equipped comfort chalet with sauna, outdoor whirlpool, open fireplace and free WLAN. The express gondola lift to the La Tzoumaz - Verbier - 4 Vallées ski area can be easily reached on foot - approx. 350 m - and without any major incline. The snow-covered valley descent leads back to the cable car station. The chalet is favourably laid out and offers a special quality of living by combining high living comfort with a very cosy ambience. Spacious, friendly living/dining room with cosy sitting area by the open fireplace.
The chalet has eight double rooms and five bathrooms/WC as well as an additional shower in the sauna relaxation room. Panoramic hillside location, just above the ski resort of La Tzoumaz. "Holidays of short distances", as the village centre with supermarket, restaurants, après-pubs and childcare is only ~150 m away along a path that is not paved. Ski school, ice rink and indoor swimming pool are ~350 m away.

Ski info Altitude of chalet ~1,550 m; altitude of ski area up to 3,300 m with glacier; 410 km of pistes, 95 lifts, largest ski area in Switzerland. To the piste and cable car (connection Verbier/4 Vallées) ~350 m. 10-km toboggan run, accessible by cable car.

Summer info In the summer season free use of the La Tzoumaz - Verbier mountain railway and VIP pass with other free offers such as mini golf and Verbier outdoor pool. In summer there are reduced additional costs for electricity + heating (May to September). A wide range of activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, tennis, golf (in Verbier) and fishing. In La Tzoumaz there is the Trail of the Senses at an altitude of 1,700 metres, with 12 sensory stations and an exhibition on the regional flora and fauna. Pleasant walks, e.g. sections of the typical Valais bisses (bisses) waterways. The Bisse de Saxon leads directly past the chalet and on via Nendaz to Vercorin. Total trail network around 150 km. Interesting excursion possibilities due to the location in the border triangle Switzerland - Italy - France, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix, or over the Great St. Bernard Pass into the Italian Aosta Valley. To the bathing lake Les Iles approx. 20 minutes by car. .

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
