General

The holiday home for 16 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a jacuzzi, a terrace and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Chalet 16 persons
Distance to ski area: .350 m Comfort chalet full of charm and ambience. Upscale living comfort with sauna, open fireplace, hot tub and free WLAN. Six bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony. Favourable location about 350 m from the express gondola lift and the ski slope, La Tzoumaz-Verbier-Quatre Vallées ski area with 410 km of pistes, 95 lifts. A 'holiday of short distances', because you don't need a car for skiing, après-ski and shopping. To the village centre with shops, restaurants, childcare.150 m on foot (not signposted). To the ski school, ice rink and indoor swimming pool .350 m. Beautiful hillside location on the edge of the forest. The historic 'Bisses' hiking trail starts directly at the chalet (summer).

The chalet has three floors. Very spacious living and dining area with cosy sitting area by the open fireplace. Access to the large balcony. Gallery open to the living room as an additional reading and TV corner. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Five of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom with WC. The car park and entrance area of the chalet is secured by an outdoor surveillance camera.

Use of the outdoor hot tub - if desired - for a fee (advance booking required).

Ski info Altitude of chalet .1,550 m, altitude of ski area up to 3,300 m with Mont Fort glacier, 410 km of pistes, 95 lifts, largest ski area in Switzerland. 10-km toboggan run, accessible by cable car.
Summer info In the summer season, free use of the La Tzoumaz - Verbier mountain railway and VIP pass with other free offers such as mini golf and Verbier outdoor pool. Reduced service charges in summer (May to September).
A wide range of activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, tennis, golf (in Verbier) and fishing. In La Tzoumaz there is the Trail of the Senses at an altitude of 1700 metres, with 12 'sensory stations' and an exhibition on the regional flora and fauna. Pleasant walks, e.g. along sections of the typical Valais 'bisses' (irrigation channels). The Bisse de Saxon leads directly past the chalet and on via Nendaz to Vercorin. Total network of paths around 150 km. Interesting excursion possibilities due to the location in the border triangle Switzerland - Italy - France, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix, or over the Great St. Bernard Pass into the Italian Aosta Valley. To the bathing lake 'Les Iles' approx. 20 min. by car.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
