Small living room with TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Terrace, east facing position, patio, north facing position and south facing position. Barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house, in winter at 50 m. Please note: non-smokers only. The stove is to be fueled with pellets.

On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope, 900 m from the skiing area. Lawn. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 50 m. Restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, skisport facilities 900 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 350 m.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
