Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden, east facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (120 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden, east facing position. Bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only CH, DE.
Tsamparrô: Small chalet "Lao-Lao", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position. Private: garden with lawn. Terrace (38 m2). Motor access to the house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
