Exit to the terrace, west facing position and north facing position. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony, north facing position, large terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), garage, height 200 cm, width 250 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
