Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, with corner bath and TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 450 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
