It is located on the top floor of a modern building and is easily accessible by elevator. The accommodation offers 120 m² of space for up to six people. Shopping opportunities with regional products are in close proximity.
The holiday apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate workspace with a flatscreen. The living area is equipped with a large leather seating area, flatscreen TV, soundbar and WLAN. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in all rooms. The open kitchen offers all household appliances and provides a beautiful view of Ernen and the Valais mountain world. The 18 m² balcony facing southeast invites you to relax with a sun lounger. In the basement, there is a washing machine, dryer and a storage room available. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
