The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, three double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, two showers and a steam shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two fridges, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two coffee makers, two microwaves, a stove, a convection microwave and two ovens.

The upper floor has been beautifully renovated and features a luxury kitchen equipped with a combi-steam oven, combi microwave/oven and ceramic hob. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating, a modern fireplace and a TV all complemented by elegant furnishings. A stylish WC/bathroom with steam shower is located on this floor. The spacious balconies are furnished with tables and chairs, a water tap and a gas barbecue - ideal for al fresco dining. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with a refreshing “rain” shower and four comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, as well as another inviting balcony.

On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, which is reached via an internal staircase, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping possibility. Guests have access to a garage and two additional parking spaces with smart parking; public parking spaces are just 100 meters away. In the basement there are laundry facilities, children's games, raclette sets, a crepe pan, high chairs and a baby bed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
