Private: garden (not fenced) lawn 15 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces), single garage. Supermarket 3.6 km, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop "Bluche village" 900 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 900 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 150 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
