Chalet with 5.5 rooms (100 sqm) for 7 persons divided in 2 levels, including: Ground floor: living room (TV, wifi), dining room, fully equipped modern open kitchen (ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette set), a bathroom (shower/WC), a double bedroom (160x200cm) and a balcony giving access to a 16 sqm terrace. Upper floor: two double rooms (180x200cm), 1 single room (90x190cm), a bathroom (shower/WC) and a balcony.
The chalet, overlooking the Dents-du-Midi and the Dent Blanche Mountain, is located in the centre of Champéry, 100 metres away from the sports centre and 200 metres away from the departure of the cable car. It benefits from a private garden (250 sqm) with a terrace (16 sqm) offering a relaxing setting. The chalet also features a washing machine, a tumble dryer and access to a free car park 50m away from the chalet.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
