Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. Despite the extensive equipment, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher due to its size.

Outside, you can enjoy the benefits of being located in a semi-detached house comprising six flats. The flat offers you ground-level access and a private parking space in the car park opposite, where you can also safely store your skis or mountain bikes. The closed car park not only guarantees security, but also exclusive access for tenants. Alternatively, skis can be stored in the in-house ski cellar.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
