Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Parking (fenced 4 cars). Please note: apartment street side. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The villa has 2 high chairs and 2 cots for children up to 3 years. The table in the bedroom is a games table. CH1C526
Le Martinet 10 km from Verbier: Old, large, simple single-family house. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road. Private: garden 320 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "devant la maison" 1 m. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
