Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC, hydro massage bath with corner bath, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
Les Giettes 10 km from Monthey: Chalet "Mutzli", 1'220 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. In a secluded, quiet position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage at 100 m. Supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 10 m, bus stop "La Tardive" 400 m, railway station "Monthey" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, thermal baths "Lavey-Les-Bains" 16 km. Slopes 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Giettes, Portes du Soleil. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
