Chalet "Mayen du Rudet", 2 storeys, built in 1994. In the hamlet Erde, in a secluded, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
