Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Terrace, north facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (1). Very beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Fey 9 km from Haute-Nendaz: Chalet, 3 storeys, built in 2025. Below Fey, in a quiet position, 9 km from the skiing area. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 5 km, café 5 km, bus stop "Fey Nendaz, village" 120 m, bathing lake "Les îles" 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, surf school 6 km, indoor tennis centre 6 km, skisport facilities 9 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 9 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses 8.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
