Below Vico Morcote, 3.5 km from the centre of Morcote, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, 18.5.-30.9.). Outdoor shower, patio (50 m2), pergola (12 m2), terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shower with WC. Natural stone floors. Heating. Terrace 15 m2, large garden seating area 50 m2, partly covered, large garden 500m2, arbour. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the swimming pool, the garden, the countryside and the resort.
