Quiet location, 3.5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 2 balconies, large outdoor swimming pool in summer (early May to late September), small heated indoor swimming pool in the house in winter (early October to late April), direct access to the lake with sunbathing lawn. The flat is renovated to a high standard, very easy to reach by car or train, above-ground parking spaces, barbecue areas by the lake, bowling green and tennis court, WLAN and new lift available. 2 deckchairs for the sunbathing lawn. Travel literature in the flat. Lugano can be reached in 10 minutes and Como in 15 minutes by car or train. Wonderful hiking area all year round, marvellous cycling routes along the lake and into the mountains. Golf courses nearby.
