Ca' di fant - is located in the upper part (4th floor) of a typical Ticino house that had been home to a tireless midwife at the beginning of the last century.
Hence the name, which recalls the life that was born within those walls. It is located in the Blenio valley in the village of Malvaglia.
It is ideal for couples with children or couples wishing to spend a few days' holiday in the beautiful Valle del Sole.
The house has a lift and is therefore also suitable for elderly people. Access for guests The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.
The flat can accommodate up to 5 people. The flat has a terrace where it is possible to eat while looking at the surrounding mountains. It consists of an eat-in kitchen, living room (with an additional sofa bed) with a fireplace, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. It is ideal for couples wishing to get away from the city for a short time and who want to discover the nature and landscape of the Blenio valley, or even for sportsmen or families. The kitchen is furnished and has a dishwasher, large refrigerator, glass ceramic hob and oven. There is a separate Wifi network in the flat. It is therefore possible to work remotely from the latter, for those who need to do so.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available on the ground floor for a fee. Ask the host for the service.
Excursion destinations: From Malvaglia, you can ascend into the picturesque Val Malvaglia by cable car or by car.
The pre-Alpine and mountain landscape is fascinating and open to the blue sky and the valley below. The charm of the historic old villages and the enchanting landscapes are worth discovering on foot in company.

From Malvaglia, it is possible for the less energetic to do the serravalle castle circuit, savouring the pleasant landscapes and appreciating the ruins of the ancient manor.

The Greina and Lukmanier regions, as well as the Luzzone dam, will refresh your spirit with their beauty.
