Our more than 300-year-old Ticino patrician house is located in Pura, the pretty village at the entrance to Malcantone, just above Lake Lugano. It stands in the front row of houses in an open south-facing position with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain ranges (San Salvatore, Monte Generoso etc.) The flat is 58 m2 in size.
The living room is rustic with a beamed ceiling and fireplace, the bedroom has real stucco decorations; the kitchen and shower are new and modern.
Balcony and small garden with seating area, public car park close to the house (for a fee). Good beds, down duvets, WLan, satellite TV, radio, CD, games, books.
In the neighbourhood hiking, biking, paragliding, swimming in the lake, playing on the river, markets, culture, golf course, etc.
Distance to the village shop 100 m. Shopping centre, bank, post office, golf course, Lido Caslano Lake Lugano, all within 2-3 km.
Public transport: Postbus stop 2-3 minutes away or 15 minutes on foot to Caslano FLP station. The proximity of Lugano (10 km) and Ponte Tresa IT (3 km hiking trail through the chestnut forest) with its attractive market also make Pura an ideal holiday resort where you can feel at home.
