Abbiamo acquistato di recente l'appartamento e lo ammoderneremo quest'inverno. Al momento è in condizioni funzionali e molto ordinate e pulite. Non manca nulla : -).
Welcome to our beautiful little panoramic flat. Nestled in an idyllic setting and with the most marvellous view of Lake Maggiore all the way to Italy, the flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bed linen, towels, consumables, fully equipped kitchen, but no dishwasher due to lack of space.
The building faces (south)-west. An additional sun awning on the balcony protects the interior from heating up in summer.
We have recently acquired the flat and have therefore not yet carried out any modernisation work. We took over the flat in an exceptionally well-kept condition and it is fully furnished. If you arrive on a Sunday, you don't have to starve or die of thirst. The bare essentials are there

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
