The space:

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area with a fireplace and a fully furnished kitchen stocked with basic necessities, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. This area opens onto an outdoor space featuring a stone table, barbecue and a sunbathing area with stunning mountain views. The house is also equipped with a sound system and Wi-Fi for your convenience and entertainment.

From the living area, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find a double bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels and shower gel/shampoo.

Returning to the ground floor, you can descend to the lower level to another double bedroom, also with a terrace and a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels and shower gel/shampoo.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
