The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). A beautiful swimming pool with sauna invites you to relax, even on rainy days. The building was designed by the renowned architect Luigi Snozzi and reflects his characteristic architectural style, featuring extensive use of glass and concrete, abundant natural light, high ceilings and a barrier-free design without steps or thresholds (wheelchair accessible). Even today, the building remains a fine example of modern architecture.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
