Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, BBQ and hairdryer available on request. Access to the garden. 5-minute walk from Minusio Locarno bus stop, shops, bank, restaurants, etc. 15 minutes on foot from the lake, 20 minutes from Locarno station (7 minutes by bus no. 1). No smoking, no pets allowed. Wifi free of charge. We speak German, French, Italian and English. This accommodation only accepts adults (children are not allowed). No space for an extra bed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
