Description Holiday flat Above Gordola in Scalate we rent out a newly renovated 3 ½ room holiday flat with a wonderful view in a 2 family house. In the large front garden with granite table you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Of course, you can also use the pool one floor below, which is accessible via a staircase, and the spacious bathroom with double washbasin has a shower and a bathtub. This bijou is rented to non-smokers without pets. Locarno and surroundings Ticino, with its Mediterranean charm, is the sunshine capital of Switzerland. Lake Maggiore, the Maggia or the Verzasca invite you to swim and the surrounding mountains and valleys are perfect for hiking. The region also offers various cultural events, such as the "Moon & Stars" film festival and music festival in Locarno or the jazz festival and music festival weeks in Ascona. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
