"Feel good" is the motto when you enter the holiday flat, which was designed according to the principles of Feng Shui. Spread over 180 m2 and divided into four rooms on the same floor, there is plenty of space for six people to relax and unwind. The three bedrooms have large windows overlooking the beautiful garden and the lake.

The holiday flat has a well-equipped, new kitchen. A fireplace and a piano lend the spacious living room with its large dining table a cosy, warm atmosphere. From there you have direct access to the spacious outdoor area (approx. 350 m2) with swimming pool, lawn and outdoor seating area, which is also at your exclusive disposal.

If you arrive by car, a garage and a parking space are available in front of the house.

The property with absolute privacy offers something for everyone, not only the highest level of holiday living comfort but also great event location potential, e.g. as a yoga meditation retreat or as the perfect venue for your wedding reception.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
