The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace and a TV (international channels). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Location and surroundings
Our house is situated on the sunny south-east side of the Val Colla at 800 metres above sea level, surrounded by protected chestnut forests, directly on the hiking and biking trails of the Val Colla. The historic village centre of Case Ferretti, and therefore also our house, was probably built between 1750 and 1850 and is one of the oldest preserved parts of Bidogno.

Note for winter guests
Please note that the stone house can be chilly in the winter and transitional months. The warm air heating provides a pleasant basic warmth, but does not replace classic central heating.

The charming granite stairs in the house are steep and narrow.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
