About the accommodation
The two-family house is situated on a sunny hillside, surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation, and offers a sweeping view over Lake Maggiore. The flats are nicely furnished and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday - from crockery and cooking utensils to games for children. Everyone will find a place to relax in the well-tended garden with pool and sunbathing lawn. The two flats have separate entrances, the garden and pool are shared.

Important to know
The pool is shared by both flats. If you are looking for more privacy, you should take this into account. There is a lovely fireplace in the living room, although it cannot be used at the moment as the chimney needs to be renovated.
Nevertheless, the well-functioning heating system ensures cosy evenings - it warms quickly and creates a pleasant, soothing atmosphere.

Room layout
The upper flat offers space for four people. It has a large living area with balcony and two bedrooms. Thanks to fly screens on the windows, you can sleep wonderfully with the windows open even in summer.

Location and connections
Casa Rustica is only around ten minutes by car from Ascona. The nearest bus stop is around 300 metres away. Bars, restaurants and the lakeside promenade are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to enjoy a holiday without a car.

Activities and experiences
The surrounding area is ideal for leisurely hikes with views of Lake Maggiore. Excursions to the pilgrimage church of Santa Maria Addolorata, to the Brissago Islands with their botanical garden or walks through the picturesque villages on the shores of the lake are popular. Those who want to stay at home can enjoy refreshing hours in the pool or relaxing moments in the garden.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
