The second flat is rarely used outside the school holidays and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The flat also has a terrace with a seating and dining area, which is covered by a large sunshade. There is also a sunbathing lawn and shared use of the pool. Sun loungers are available and there is a car park. Pets are not allowed and the village centre can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop two minutes' walk from the house, which is served on weekdays.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
