The bathroom is practically equipped with a WC and shower, and the interior is completed by a warm-air fireplace and a sofa bed in the bedroom for maximum comfort.

The outdoor area invites you to linger with a terrace and a large dining table. An outdoor barbecue is available for socialising in the evenings. Please note that the rustico is not directly accessible by car and that it is a 10-15 minute walk from the village centre, ideally with luggage suitable for off-road use.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
