With sloping ceilings kitchen (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, freezer, fondue Set (cheese)) with wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Solar power. Upper floor: open mezzanine with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
