Detached chalet with car park in front of the house, surrounded by meadowland, also ideal for dog lovers because they can run around here. In winter there are various ski lifts and mountain railways available for skiing. Very nice area for various activities. The nearest restaurant and bus stop can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.

Wildhaus is particularly family-friendly. In summer and winter there are numerous hiking trails (also suitable for pushchairs) and in summer there are swimming opportunities: A heated outdoor swimming pool in Unterwasser, a natural swimming pool in Schönenbodensee in Wildhaus. There is also a public mini-golf course and a small bike trail in the village. Shopping facilities for groceries are available (Spar in Wildhaus village and a Coop in Unterwasser), a chemist, kiosk (also stocks stationery and toys), café with patisserie, post office in Spar, Raiffeisen ATM, doctor, hairdresser and of course many restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
