Detailed information
This romantic Toggenburg cottage is idyllically situated at the source of the Thur, with a view of the Churfirsten. Bright, friendly rooms with shabby chic style furnishings. The house is surrounded by a covered seating area at the entrance, a sun terrace on the south side, a separate barbecue area, 4 parking spaces and 2500 m2 of surrounding land (Riet area). The hot tub is optional to rent: up to 3 nights Fr. 250.-- from 4 nights Fr. 300.--. On the ground floor is the cosy living/dining area and the open kitchen with coffee corner. Next to the master bedroom with double bed is the children's playroom or baby room. The house is heated by the underfloor heating and the efficient Swedish soapstone stove. Simple shower/WC. Entrance hall with wardrobe and shoe racks. Upstairs there are two 2-bed rooms and a small, neat single room. WC and shared lavabo. Very quiet location with a direct view of the Churfirsten. Nevertheless centrally located with the ski bus 70 metres from the house during the season. The house is ideal for family or even 3 generation holidays. There is also room for up to 4 people in our Studio Chic, which can be found under holiday flats. In the snow in front of the house you can see tracks of deer, foxes and squirrels and if you are lucky you can watch the animals from the house.

Efficient Swedish soapstone stove with large viewing window for romantic moments. Dining area with extendable dining table, open-plan kitchen.
Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Very bright and tastefully furnished, cosy bedroom with a double bed, a bedside table with lamp and two built-in wardrobes. A cosy armchair invites you to linger or read.
Other kitchen equipment (kitchen 1): New, bright country-style kitchen with ceramic hob and extractor fan. Coffee corner with separate table.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
