Important information: Only children are accommodated in the children's room. The flat is therefore for a maximum of 2 adults and 0-3 children. Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
Our dream house is located in the centre of the agricultural zone. The unobstructed view of the rolling green (or snow-covered) hills fills us with happiness and gratitude every day. Watching the young deer at play is the greatest thing for us. We live here in our little paradise... We like to share our idyll, because as the saying goes: happiness shared is happiness doubled! :-)
The holiday flat is a typical granny flat from the former farm. With two bedrooms, an open-plan living room with kitchen and a small bathroom with shower, it also has enough space for a family. It has been gently renovated by ourselves with a lot of love and made into a cosy holiday flat.
Access to the flat is via the spacious, sunny balcony. It has a porch with cloakroom and entrance hall before you enter the living area.
We have separated the flat from the living area with a restored piece of kitchen furniture. We have converted this good piece of furniture so that you can communicate through the kitchen (both sides can open) and we can serve you breakfast (to order) via the serving hatch. It is important to us that you as our guests have unrestricted privacy and can still get in touch with us easily.
We are here to welcome you and help you with any questions you may have. We are also happy to provide information about hiking tours, beautiful bathing spots or restaurants in the area. Just knock on the door and ask.
Our children are always very happy when a family sleeps over... They are open to other children and are happy to play with us.
The house is not soundproofed and as we have three children, it can happen that one wakes up crying in the night and needs to be comforted. We would like to inform you of this - we hope you will understand.
Of course, you should not feel uncomfortable if your baby cries in the night... believe us - we know this from our own children :-) A certain amount of noise is part of being a family and has its place in our house.
Other sports and leisure activities: We live in a hiking paradise... The Neckertal, Toggenburg and Alpstein offer many leisure activities. We are happy to help you through the brochure jungle.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
