The holiday home for 40 persons has three bathrooms and ten bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The functional catering kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including various appliances and crockery for catering for up to 50 people.

Surrounded by picturesque gardens and rolling hills, Frohheim offers an idyllic ambience in the countryside, approx. 300 metres from the village of Bächli. Relax on the sun terrace with a marvellous view of the Hemberg and the Necker Valley or use the double clay tennis court right next door. The well-known hiking and Chnobel trail leads right past the house, and convenient parking spaces are also available.

The surrounding area invites you to discover its many possibilities. Located directly in the small, cosy village of Bächli, shopping facilities and two cosy restaurants with excellent cuisine are within 5 minutes' walking distance. For the more active, there are numerous sports and leisure activities such as fishing, mountaineering, mountain biking and much more in the immediate vicinity. Explore the numerous hiking trails and enjoy the tranquillity and idyll of nature.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
