Our family accommodation boasts a private entrance nestled within the garden's tranquility. Step into your own haven, complete with a private outdoor terrace featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, oven, hob, a serene chill-out area, and a welcoming picnic table for delightful outdoor meals.
Inside, you'll find two separate rooms adorned with comfortable box-spring beds, accommodating a total of four guests (2 adults and 2 children). The larger room is thoughtfully equipped with an open kitchenette and a compact bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet (The toilet is a sanibroyeur here no toilet paper or toilet articles are allowed to be flushed away)
Adjacent to the garden, the smaller room offers direct access to a spacious picnic area, perfect for enjoying meals amid nature's embrace. Additionally, a Pavilion awaits in front of the studio, furnished with a cozy sofa, a quaint table, and two inviting chairs, offering picturesque views of the Flumserberg.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
