This spacious 4-bedroom holiday flat, measuring 120 m2, comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The large, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and dining together. The living room and dining area, complete with two terraces, complement each other beautifully and provide the ideal setting for cosy evenings.
The layout is particularly well suited to families or small groups who value comfort and plenty of space. The apartment boasts two terraces opening onto the grounds with a large lawn, as well as a large balcony with a stunning view. The location is convenient: approximately a 10-minute walk from the Tannenboden lift, with access to all the slopes at Flumserberg. Please note that only one parking space is available.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
