Direct access to the Tannenheim valley run on a 5-minute walk. You don't need a car for the whole week. Unrivalled view of the Churfirsten and the Bündner Herrschaft.

There is a car park in front of the house. Snow chains are often required during the winter months. Public transport: The nearest bus stop is at the Flumserberg mountain railway. From there it is about a 15-minute walk (uphill) to the chalet.

The studio is bookable from 4 nights.
Final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. The amount is not yet included in the rental price and must be paid separately in cash when the flat is handed over.

A larger flat (3.5 rooms + gallery) is also available for rent in the same building. This is particularly suitable for larger groups (max. 10 people).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
