Cosy, homely flat with Swedish stove. 1 double room, 1 room with 2 beds plus an extra bed, gallery with 4 sleeping possibilities (mattress dormitory, bring your own sleeping bag and pillowcase). Washing machine available. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a box with fondue crockery and raclette oven. Direct access to the Tannenheim valley run on a 5-minute walk. You don't need a car for the whole week. Unrivalled view of the Churfirsten and the Bündner Herrschaft.

A cosy studio for 2 persons is available for rent in the same house.

2 parking spaces in front of the house or reachable by public transport in 15 minutes on foot.

Note: Final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. The amount is not yet included in the rental price and must be paid separately before the flat is handed over.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
