Welcome to our charming 5-room house in a quiet and sunny location. Here we offer you the ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities, as well as the perfect oasis of well-being for your time-out from everyday life. With an inviting ambience and a marvellous view of the Churfirsten, our house invites you to linger and enjoy.
Inside the house you will find a comprehensive and cosy interior that will make your stay a pleasant one. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a fireplace, which you can heat with wood, and all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. A spacious living room with TV and sofa, a triple room with double and single bed and a shower/WC are also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor we offer two double rooms and 2 extra beds, while a baby cot, some toys and a high chair are available for our younger guests.
The outside area of our house is just as inviting: enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding mountain landscape from our seating area, which is equipped with a second fireplace. During the summer, we also offer the opportunity to get to know the farm and its animal inhabitants - from the cows on the nearby alp to the cats that live in the house.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities for every season. In summer you can enjoy hiking, biking on the Flumserberg, climbing on the Prodalp, tobogganing on the Tannenbodenalp or swimming and boating on Lake Walen. In winter, the snow-sure winter sports area invites you to go skiing, ice-skating on the Seebenalp, sledging from Tannenheim and snowshoeing. A folder with further leisure activities awaits you on site.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
