Flat Alpenblick, 2-room flat, floor area approx. 80 m2, with terrace, in a central, sunny location facing south-west with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, about 100 metres from the lake, classified with 4 stars. The flat has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, TV. In the living-dining room you will find a dining table with 4 chairs, upholstered furniture, telephone, colour cable TV and a furnished terrace in front of the living room. On request 1 or 2 beds in the rear part of the living room (extra charge for occupancy by more than 2 persons, plus Fr. 10.- per additional person per night). Electric kitchen with 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, all fully equipped. Bathroom with WC, washbasin, bathtub and washing machine with tumble dryer. Restaurant and indoor swimming pool in the rear building, sauna, bio sauna, solarium and heat cabin can also be used. Garage for guests with a motor vehicle obligatory.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
