Our newly renovated holiday flat (2025) impresses with an open room concept, plenty of natural light and a modern, clear design. The rooms are flooded with light, harmoniously furnished and offer a relaxed atmosphere.
The flat is centrally located, so you can easily reach restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport on foot. At the same time, you live in a quiet side street - the perfect retreat after an active day.
The special feature of this flat is the private balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh air - and especially the sunsets.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen is openly integrated into the living area and offers everything you need for self-catering.
A stream runs alongside the property, which babbles gently. When it rains a lot, the babbling becomes a roar.
Info: From spring 2026, two new buildings will be built near our house (slightly offset to the rear, on the other side of the stream. The view is not affected) two apartment blocks will be built. Construction noise is to be expected Mon-Fri during the day.
