Welcome to Chesa Paulina, a jewel in the heart of the Engadine, which opened its doors in 1550 and was carefully restored in 1989 and 2013. This charming holiday home combines historical elegance with modern comfort and invites you to experience unforgettable moments in one of the most picturesque regions of Switzerland.
Inside, a lovingly designed living environment awaits you: a spacious dining room and a cosy living room, both with original wooden floors in Suler, guarantee unique living comfort. Three individually furnished double rooms, including an original Swiss stone pine room, offer quiet retreats. The Arven parlour with tiled stove houses the fourth double room. Modern amenities such as a baby cot, an additional travel cot, a high chair on request as well as three renovated bathrooms (one with bath/douche/WC, one with shower/WC, one with WC only) and a well-equipped kitchen round off the offer. A ski room and Internet WLAN access are available.
The outdoor area includes a car park for 1 car next to the house. Chesa Paulina is close to the ski lift, children's playground and grocery shop and is ideal for two families. The careful restoration allows you to fully enjoy the historic architecture of the house while soaking up the charm of the surroundings.
The region offers an unrivalled mix of activities and relaxation. In winter, 350 kilometres of pistes await you in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas, as well as family-friendly Zuoz and over 220 km of groomed cross-country ski trails. In summer, the Engadin entices visitors with a network of hiking trails, mountain bike trails and the opportunity to play golf, go climbing or relax by the Upper Engadin lakes. A visit to Europe's highest coffee roasting plant in Zuoz, surrounded by breathtaking mountain panoramas, is the crowning glory of any holiday experience.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
