The holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In 2023, the apartment underwent extensive renovation: the parquet floor was renewed, and all rooms were equipped with new curtains. Modern Wi-Fi and TV are also available. The cozy living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax. The terrace provides direct access to the garden, ideal for unwinding. The apartment includes a ski room, and a garage space can be rented if needed.
During the winter season (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), Residenza Belvair offers a wellness area for shared use, including a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.

Payment terms and -periods
