The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This Engadine house offers space for up to 9 people. On two floors you will find an ideal home for your holidays in the Engadine, especially for families with children and groups.

Village description: Ramosch, 1,230 metres above sea level, at the entrance to Val Sinestra. Impressive terraced landscape on the edge of the village. At the foot of the panoramic mountain Piz Arina with its nationally famous flora. Ramosch is one of the driest places in Switzerland and is considered the warmest village in the Engadin in summer. Thanks to the mild climate and good soil conditions, Ramosch was once the granary of the Engadin. In winter directly on the Scuol-Martina cross-country ski trail. Winter hiking and sledging trail Vnà-Ramosch.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
