The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a sauna and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Our modern holiday apartment in Tschierv offers everything you need for a vacation in the Grisons mountains across its 120 m²: three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor. Bright, open, and inviting. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right across the street, ski tours start right from your front door, and the winter hiking trail is just a five-minute walk away. After your adventures, the sauna awaits. In summer, the hiking trails beckon, and the large terrace/loggia, bathed in evening sun, is the perfect spot for an aperitif in the mountains. What makes us special: In addition to the holiday apartment, we run a small farm with 35 sheep. The sheep bleat, and occasionally a breeze blows over from the barn - but in return, you have a direct view of our flock, and from late fall through spring, guests of all ages are warmly welcome in the barn.

The house is located on the outskirts of Tschierv, right off the cantonal road. The holiday apartment itself is on the side of the house facing away from the street, with a view toward the river Rom. Thanks to its convenient location, the house is easily accessible by both public transportation and car. Guests arriving by car can park directly in front of the house on the paved area.
The minimum
length of stay is 3 nights. Bed linens
and towels as well as the final cleaning are included in the price. Use of the
sauna, including a sauna towel and bathrobe, incurs an additional fee of 25 CHF
per person per stay. The
visitor’s tax (CHF 4 per person per night) is not included in the price. It is
charged separately and paid in cash on site. The
security deposit (CHF 200) is also not included in the price. The security
deposit can either be transferred before arrival or paid in cash upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
