Beautiful 3.5 room apartment direct on the ski run from Minschuns ski area back to Tschierv. The apartment has a beautiful view facing down towards the valley and majestic alps in the background. There is kilometers of world class cross country skiing direct from the house. There is an ice skating rink in Tschierv village with a 3.5km sled run from Lü to Tschierv under lights. 
In winter, summer and spring it is wonderful place for hiking and exploring the Swiss national park and surrounding alpine region. The beautiful Al Rom River starts from a natural spring directly behind the apartment. There is awesome single track and all mountain biking at the door with direct bus connections catering for bikers. There is also easy self bike tours for the whole family from Tschierv all the way down to Mals, Meran and Bozen.

After booking, you will receive clear instructions regarding the check in and check out and the house rules. Please read this carefully.

Check in and check out is via lock box. The code will be communicated before your arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
