In winter, you can reach the modern ski area of the Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena in just a few minutes. The largest ski area in Central Switzerland offers plenty of fun for beginners, pros and freeriders and Sedrun also speaks the fourth, almost forgotten national language of Switzerland, Romansh. The 2.5-room Fontauna maisonette holiday flat is the ideal size for families with up to two children, senior citizens or couples. The two-storey holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and is in a central yet quiet location.
In the large living area there is an open-plan kitchen with a cosy dining area and a sofa with TV. The kitchen is excellently equipped for 4 people (including fondue dishes and raclette oven). The whole flat has free internet access via W-LAN and internet TV (Swisscom TV). The bathroom with shower and WC is also on the lower floor.
On the upper floor, directly under the roof, there are two bedrooms. These cannot be locked, but are separated from each other by a wall. You sleep in a comfortable double bed or in a single bed with an extra bed.

The house has a garage. You can park your car in a public car park for a fee or in the garage in the house for a fee. You are welcome to decide on site.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
