The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue and a terrace.

Simply furnished kitchen with wood stove, electric plate and kettle available. Cozy living room with wood stove and sofa bed (2 beds). WC and shower with electric boiler in the mountain cottage. Bedroom with two bunk beds.

Mountain hut with a beautiful view of the Piz Beverin and of the valley Domleschg. Very quiet location. Garden with seating, fountain and barbecue.
The alpine hut is a good starting point for various hikes or bike tours. The lake "Patrutgsee" (with bathing facilities, barbecue area and playground) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The ski lift is only 500m away. On request it is also possible to rent the hut for 6 people. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
