Below der Corvatsch Bahn, in the residential district, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, terraced garden. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Single garage at the house. Shop 2.2 km, bakery 400 m, café 200 m, bus stop "Surlej" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
